The staff was friendly and helped me with the main things I needed, which I appreciated. That said, they did miss a few details, and I’m the type of person who likes to double-check everything before making a decision. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I would’ve felt more confident if they had been a bit more careful and complete with the information.

"Helpful in the end, just a bit slow"
The service was okay overall, not amazing, but not terrible either. I did have to wait longer than I expected for replies, and at one point I was kind of wondering if I should follow up or just give it more time. I ended up following up, and they did help me sort things out in the end. So, yeah, it worked out, but the back-and-forth could’ve been quicker.

They had just about all the parts I needed in stock, which was really nice. One small item had to be ordered, but it came in quick. Overall, it’s just a solid place to go for parts.

My financing experience here was frustrating. The numbers seemed to keep shifting, and I never felt like anyone took the time to clearly explain what I was signing. Every time I asked a question, the answers were short or vague, which just doesn’t feel right when you’re dealing with someone’s money.
By the time I realized the payment wasn’t what I thought it would be, I felt rushed and basically stuck. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I don’t think it’s fair to handle financing that way. I wouldn’t come back here for financing

"Communication could be better"
Well... my experience with Martin Motorsports Inc. was okay overall. They did answer my questions, but a couple of times it took longer than I expected to hear back. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the replies had been a little quicker and clearer. Overall, it was fine, but the communication could definitely use some work.

"Delivery was slower than it should’ve been"
I ordered from martinmotorsportsinc.com and the item itself was totally fine once it finally got here, but the delivery process was frustrating. The tracking barely changed, then it showed up several days late with no real updates unless I emailed and asked. whoever runs this needs to do a better job keeping customers in the loop. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but I definitely expected better communication

"Warranty help went better than expected"
I had a small issue with a part after buying, and I wasn’t sure if the warranty process was going to be a headache. But reading between the lines early on, I could tell Martin Motorsports wasn’t trying to give me the runaround. They got back to me quickly, explained what they needed, and kept things straightforward. It did take a few days to get everything sorted, but they handled it well and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I had a mixed experience with the sales staff at Martin Motorsports. They were polite and did answer my questions, which I appreciated, even if it kind of felt like they were trying to get through it as quickly as possible.
Nobody was rude or anything, so I’ll give them that, but they weren’t exactly the kind of warm, helpful staff that make you feel excited to buy. I got the info I needed in the end, so it was fine overall, just could’ve been a little more relaxed and personable

I stopped by the showroom and overall had a really good experience. The space was clean and easy to walk through, though a little more signage might have helped in a couple spots. The staff were friendly without being pushy, answered my questions, and gave me plenty of time to look around. It felt relaxed the whole time

"Service department left me frustrated"
I really wanted to have a good experience here, and a few people seemed friendly enough, but the whole service process was frustrating. The updates were slow and kind of all over the place, so I was never sure what was actually happening with my bike. After waiting longer than expected, I got it back and it still wasn’t fixed right. Just a lot of mixed signals and not much confidence in the end...

"Decent purchase, but support felt a bit disorganized"
I bought some parts from Martin Motorsports and the actual sale went fine, no real issues there. But when I had a follow-up question afterward, it got a little frustrating. Support did eventually reply, but it took a few days and I had to chase them. It also wasn’t really clear who owned the issue or who I was supposed to be dealing with, which made the whole thing feel more scattered than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, but I expected the after-sales support to be a bit smoother.

"The repair didn’t really hold up"
So, yeah, the repair work wasn’t really done right the first time. I ended up having to fix it again later, which was frustrating.
